Stuffed Dates Two Ways: Snickers Style & Lemon Poppyseed Bites

Stuffed dates — the easiest little sweet treat to keep on hand. Just a few simple ingredients, a quick assembly, and into the freezer they go. Perfect for that after-dinner craving when you want something sweet but not too heavy. Keep a batch tucked away and you’ll always have something lovely to reach for.

1 Pitted Medjool date
1/2 TBS Peanut Butter
1/2 Ounce Chocolate Chips
1/3 Ounce Sliced Almonds
(or a pinch of each)
Top with a sprinkle of salt
5g protein, 24g carbs, 13g fat, 216 kcal.
Slice open your date and fill with peanut butter.
Melt the chocolate chips and mix in the sliced almonds.
Cover the date with the chocolate almond mixture.
Pop in the freezer & save for anytime.

1 Pitted Medjool Date
1 TBS Greek Yogurt
1 tsp Honey
1 tsp Chia Seeds
2g protein, 19g carbs, 1g fat, 95 kcal.
Mix together your Greek yogurt and honey.
Slice open your date and fill with the mixture.
Cover the top with chia seeds.
Pop in the freezer & save for anytime.
