NFR 2025 Style Trends You Can Steal: Boho Cowgirl, Furs, & Showgirl Denim

Every December, Vegas turns into a full-on Western takeover. Of course, the staples are still there (boots, furs, denim, turquoise) but each year brings its own little twist of personality. I dug through the feeds of Western influencers and chatted with style forecasters, and here are the absolute funnest trends we're going to see this year (and maybe sneak into your own closet).

Prairie Girl Meets Boho Cowgirl

Not your typical Vegas cowgirl—this year, every Western fashion influencer I did some digging on is predicting we'll see some prairie-meets-boho vibes. Think flowy white skirts, muted drapey dresses, big leather and brass belts, and embroidered vests. It’s very retro ’70s cowgirl (country-chic before country was cool if you will). The perfect way to mix a little nostalgic flair into your Vegas look.

Bits & Pieces, Literally

The girls are getting seriously creative this year—snaffle bits aren’t just for horses anymore. You’ll see brands reimagining them into all sorts of jewelry, being draped across sweater closures, or even incorporated into tops. Very niche, very cool.

Every NFR 2025 trend forecast I could find is unanimous one thing: elegant, glamorous, old-school Western vibes at night. Think long furs over silky slip dresses, or voluminous fur jackets paired with microshorts, tights, and tall boots. I'm even seeing bright-colored furs, maybe matched with knee-high boots like the Dingo Thunder Roads (ooh la la), I feel like showgirl met Cowgirl on vacation.
